Can ayurveda treatment cure RA + ILD and low oxygen saturation , breathing issue and dry cough issue

Allopathy itself has to put extreme efforts to control ra ild. Ayurveda is very ambigous...  earlier the people practicing had ancient knowledge and our lifestyle and food patterns helped but now a days it is difficult to comment.
