I want to ask that my sugar is not control from last 1 week. Avg random sugar is 350 and I also increase my insulin dose not able to understand what should I do. I have taken advise from specialist and I changed my insulin form novomix to lantus. What should I do and how can I manage my sugar. Please advise.

U should be on basal bolus therapy with lantus and Novorapid. Dose of lantus should be titrated to control fasting and that of Novorapid to control post meals. The insulin injection technique and sites also need to be reviewed
