How long does the effect of i pill lasts on blood sugar for type 1 diabetes women and does it make sugar fluctuate specifically increase in blood sugar even after the regular treatment is taken? Will i pill or the hormonal change after taking it, affect the future pregnancy?

For Type 1 Diabetes no pills only insulin have to be taken
