My 5 yr old Son has two very very small swelling behind his right ear in the post auricular region...Before there was nothing..I saw it yesterday ...Is this anything to worry..please Suggest

It might be lymph node enlargement secondary to cough cold which the child might have now or few days back...no need to worry..it will subside on its own...if increases in size, u will need a course of antibiotics
