Two small mole or wart

Few weeks back i noticed two small wart one beneath the shaft of penis and one on the skin connecting the urinal opening with the foreskin. I am not sure if it is a wart or just a skin outgrowth. I have never had any sexual contact so i am surprised if it is a wart or HPV how it is communicated . Please guide.

Hi, pls visit doctor to get examine n to start treatment for it. HPV can be communicated due to unhygienic conditions too. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
