During routine check up of my husband it was found two simple cortical cysts of size 29 mm and 21 mm. Is it very serious problem ? How to eliminate the cysts? He is only 33 yrs old

Ideally simple cortical cyst is not to be worried about. Only if the number of cysts are high and history of cystic kidney disease in family then we need to caution. U can yearly moniter the cyst size and any change to complex cyst. U can get renal function test and urine done as baseline and check bp . There are no measures to reduce the cyst
