Twins 11 week A twin no grow b is fine

First scan was done today and Doctor reported twins are in the womb but A twin not stopped growing at 1 or 2nd week and B is totally fine.. Doc Said eventually a twin will be observed by A and it can be confirmed in next scan(after 30 days from now), will it disappear? My worry is it will effect the twin B? Please answer
