I have twin pregnancy. I have attached my NT scan report.. Us report  normal? Also are placenta and amniotic sac shared or separated? What does low lying placenta mean?kindly help

The ultrasound looks fine NT of both the twins is fine Thrre is a single placenta mentioned in the scan, however the septa between the babies may mean that they are in separate amniotic sacs However the information is incomplete You need to provide me with your early pregnancy scan The placenta is low lying and covering the os This may eventually change and move up as the pregnancy grows, so do not worry about it right now
Next Steps
No intercourse as your placenta is low lying Avoid lifting heavy weight

1- Usg is normal as far as the foetuses are concerned 2- looks like placenta is shared and amniotic sac separate 3-placenta is covering the mouth of uterus , which in 80 percent migrates up with time Take care.

NT scan report is normal. It looks like a single placenta. Normal Position of the placenta is in the fundus of uterus but in your case it is low-lying, as the pregnancy advances it will migrate upwards.
Next Steps
You should take rest and get the serial scan done at 20 weeks TIFFA scan;which will make things clear about the placenta and the inter-twin membrane.
