Turbinate hypertrophy+headache,heartburn

Suffering from 24*7 chronic headache and neck pain. PNS CT reveals DNS and turbinate hypertrophy. Constant mucus formation, heartburn, belching. Mucus always comes in Throat just after having meal. Nose blocked and head-heaviness in the morning as I get up from sleep. When there is no mucus, headache+neck pain is also not there. What can be the reason for constant 24*7 mucus formation and the headache?

Your CT findings are not suggestive of sinusitis. Dns and hypertrophy of turbinate is generally not the cause for headache. Your symptoms are suggestive of reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder which probably is causing post nasal discharge and related symptoms
