Fed up of big tummy after delivery. Trying excercises and many home remedies. But nothing is working. Please suggest me.

Start dasmoolyadi kasay + devdaryadi kasay+punarnavastak kasay each 20ml with warm water twice a day Take 100gm boiled green gram as break fast. Rest of the days diet should be reduced to 2/3 Avoid maida food, ice creams,nonveg

Causes of obesity 1) श्लेष्मलाहारसेविनो – Eating food which increases solid kafa in body in large quantity regularly. Eg. Obesity Signs and symptoms 1) Breathlessness even after small work, exertion or walking 2) Increased thirst, hunger and sleep 3) Oversweting and smelly sweating is indication of obesity 4) Snoring, weakness, blurred speech etc also indicates obesity in affected person. Obese person becomes lethargic less active in all types of day to day work and in sexual activity also.
