  4. Tummy ache. Suggest what it could be?

My wife missed her periods which was on 16th and today is 21st. She is complaining about tummy aches since two days. It's 2AM and we are awake because of this. This pain is intermittent not continuous. Once she had loose motion. No fever. Can you please suggest what it could be?

Please do a urine pregnancy test and if positive get a checkup done including an ultrasound.
