I am suffering from tuberculosis since 3 months. It has been confirmed by FNAC test through zn and h&e stain. But another doctor suggested me to get the TB done by special stains GMS stain or PAS stain to confirm whether TB may be of fungi. But I am unable to find the labs which diagnose TB with these special stains.

After three months treatment, how is the organ or swelling or lymph node size... if fnac suggested diagnosis of tuberculosis... then why are you trying out for atypical mycobacteria... the other diagnosis if you are not getting better would be drug resistant tuberculosis.. need to consult a pulmonologist
