If ct is suggestive of tb, you can do bronchoscopic lasagne, for cb not test.if the ct shows,lymphadenopathy, Fnac can be done through ultrasound guided. Esr high,and associated blood results, clinical presentation,we can diagnose Tb.
Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
