Low hb - 9.3 Low serrum ferritin -4 TTG IGA - 104 Bad odour, acidity, hairfall. Please suggest the cause and remedy for same.

Iron and vitamin deficiencies are cause. Further tests to confirm to be done. Gastritis needs Treatment.
