No, Tetanus injection not required at all. Tetanus bacteria enters via breached skin. If skin isn't breached.. It doesn't matter how much redness or blood has accumulated within. Anyway, you must know that Tetanus course once done.. Covers you for 5 years. So chill, no injection needed.
