My son is 9 years old. Today afternoon while playing in frontyard plant thorns pierced on his feet.almost 15- 20 thorns were there on his feet.we tried to take out and then went to doctor for help .but still a few part is left . Is it necessary to take TT for him

Clean foot thoroughly with soap water followed by savlon. Yes,it's advisable for tetanus shot at day 0,day 6 and at 6 weeks. Watch out for signs of infection,i.e redness,swelling and pain.
