TSH to look for high TSH (hypothyroidism) which is common. This test shows low TSH which indicates hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is very rare at this age. This test by itself cannot be interpreted. Clinical check and further tests are needed. Please meet an endocrinologist or senior pediatrician. I feel this is not likely to mean any disease. Hormone levels can go up and down sometimes without disease. So after some time, it may become normal
