TSH out of range

My tsh came 6.29 and 9.29 in a gap of one month. First time encountered with tsh out of range.. T3 and T4 were in range in first test. Urea 11.11 mg/dL Vit D 25.66 nmol/L Vit B12 196pg/ml Monocyte 0.14 thou/mm3 LDL cholesterol 104.20 mg/dL Feel dullness, drowsiness, fatigue and sometimes body aches.

Your TSH is slightly elevated and T3/T4 are normal. This indicates early or mild subclinical hypothyroidism. Your B12 and Vitamin D levels are on lower side of normal. These abnormal labs may explain some of your symptoms. You need more testing to determine cause of hypothyroidism and discuss the need for medications

You are having a condition called subclinical hypothyroidism..which usually doesn't require treatment .. but as you are having symptoms suggestive of hypothyroidism ..you need to consult an Endocrinologist to decide upon whether you need to get treated or not
