TSH levels

My TSH has increased from 2.4 to 3.92 in 2 years. I've been constantly feeling sleepy, tired and lethargic. I have problems with concentration and have put on some weight too. Should I be put on medication?

No. Your thyroid level is within normal limits and your symptoms are not related to it. There could be other causes like low hemoglobin, vitamin deficiency,  irregular sleep timings etc which could explain your symptoms.
