Dear Experts, My TSH level was 2.88 at 6th week of pregnancy. I am on medicine currently. Before pregnancy i got TSH checked and started with medicine immediately by Dr. My question is so far we have only done TSH checking, do i need to do T3 and T4 checking as well? ' Thanks in advance.

Ideally when you do a thyroid profile you should have T3, T4 and TSH in your profile to give an accurate reading to the treating doctor. But the test doesn't require to be done regularly and can be done every 3-6 months or based on the frequency your treating doctor has requested.
