Hi, i have recently did thyroid test. I am attaching the documents l here. I worry abt the tsh level which 0.04 and t3 t4 level is also not normal. Please advise me will it be initial stage of any cancer?? Please advise . Total T4 16.7 Total T3 175.7 TSH 0.04 Free T3 4.8 Free T4 2.07

Are you taking Thyronorm ? If yes then you should stop it.

Your report shows hyperthyroidism with low TSH level and elevated T4.Its not cancerous You have not mentioned about associated symptoms you have like palpitations ,loss of weight or increased appetite
Next Steps
you need to do ultrasound scan thyroid and consult doctor to start medications
