I'm 2months pregnant and my tsh level is 3.84...my gynae prescribed thyronorm 12.5 regularly in empty stomach. Do I need to worry about it

The safe upper limit for TSH in first trimester of pregnancy is 2.5. Your gynae is absolutely correct in prescribing 12.5 micrograms of synthetic hormone T4.
Next Steps
Continue taking the prescribed medicine
