TSH high in pregnancy

I am pregnant and in my first trimester. I have hypothyroidism for which I used 25 mcg but when tested now(5 weeks) pregnant my tsh is 15. The doctor suggested 100mcg daily. Is it fine??

The  TSH level should be below  2.5 for a healthy pregnancy. Continue the dose advised.
