TSH 4.1 - trying for ivf next month

32 year old female . Premature ovarian failure . Took blood work done on day 3 of my cycle as advised by doctor and my TSH was 4.1 am planning to go for IVF in my next or after that period. Please advise if I should take thyroid medicine .
