Is this hyperthyroid or hypo thyroid. I told doctor I am feeling all these symptoms chest pain etc he says mine is going towards hypo and my heart rate will be low not high now. I am not understanding basically TSH low means hyper thyroid then y doc told hyp plz help me. In getting clarification

Hello. You seem to be suffering from hyperthyroidism. It requires long term treatment with carbimazole.
However after starting medications the Total T3 and Total T4 levels can come down even with low TSH. TSH can remain low for a much longer time.
Your medication dosages need to be titrated in accordance with all other previous reports.
Next Steps
Kindly provide all Thyroid function tests done till date for advice regarding the dose of neomercazole.
