I am obese, partially it's in my genes. I control my diet throught the day but brake it at night mostly out of stress and sadness. Sometimes at night I feel very empty like there is nothing worthy in life so I end up eating junk. May be there is something wrong with my harmon also...I get only 1 day of period maximum 1.5 day.
I have tried consulting nutritionist, went to gym, joined aerobics and tried different diets. I lose wet but eventually I end up gaining more than I lost.
Please guide what to do. Is there any specific doctor for this ?
