We got married last 4 months. We trying our best. Kindly advise how to plan for baby. Also let me know how to increase sperm count immediately?

This is not any issue as it is only 4 months did u have done ur semen analysis ? U can sex with ur wife in her fertile period so that chances of pregnancy will be more
