On 12th day both ovaries msf and endometrial lining 7.8 will i able to get conceive this month

On 12th day multiple small follicles means dominant follicles hv not been selected which s not a good sign. Chances of pregnancy in such a case are less. U need to try by ovulation induction , follicular monitoring and timed relationship.
