I am trying to concieve, could you please suggest if I can go to gym and exercise regularly. Also what should be my diet as right now I am dieting and avoiding carbs from my diet.

You cn continue with this diet pattern itself.
Also no issues in continuation with your exercise schedule .
However once u conceive you ll hv to stop strenous exercises.
