Hello Doctor, I am trying to concieve and I had intercourse as per fertile window. Could you please suggest as when will I get to know that I am pregnant or no? Missing periods is the only way to know it or is there any other way too ? Please advise !

Its better to not get anxious and do the test by kit on day 1 of missed periods or else a beta hcg blood test as early as day25 may show raised values in case of pregnancy All the best to you
