Known PCOS, married since 1 year, done Hysterolaproscopy before 5 months. Trying to conceive on letrozole for the last 3 cycles. 2nd cycle on letrozole, I had missed period and raise in blood hcg till 25 and it dropped, Got periods within few days without any tablet. Period is delayed now by 10 days(day 40)& negative upt. local gynec is advising to take primoult n now. I am not sure if I should wait for few more days. Will it trigger mensus right after stopping the tablet? What if I am actually pregnant and it's showing up negative? Can I still take this tablet? Not sure if I had to go for blood hcg this time too. Ps: I have symptoms like nausea, back ache, cramps on both sides.
