Hi All, I had an endometriotic cyst and left hydrosalpinx, for which I had laproscopy last month in which cyst was taken out and left tube is clipped and right tube has a free spill. I had IUI with no success. My husband's report is good. What are my chances of getting pregnant naturally now, or should I go for IVF and what are chances by IVF. Please help me as I'm already turning 34. Can we try naturally. What are chances with that? All the responses are much appreciated. Thanks for your time 🙏
