Trying to conceive

Dear doctor, I am a married working healthy female age 32 years, I am trying to conceive since past two months. We had sex on my ovulation day and one day before and after ovulation day still I have not conceived yet. Please advise how should I increase my chances of conceiving. Thank you.

chance of conceiving normal per cycle is around 15-20%..and may take upto 1 year of attempting conception to conceive..u will need to an infertility workup if not conceiving by them

It can take around a year for conception even after normal parameters... But if you are anxious; try alternate days for mid 10 to 12 days of periods; At least for 3 months ; start folic acid once daily. If you don't conceive consult gynecologist.
