Hello..You are planning for a baby,a new member in the family will bring happiness,cheer and joy to the family.The more relaxed you are the better will be the conception.Have you visited a Gynaecologist? What all were suggested? I would suggest you to practice some breathing exercises with regular walking .Try to do things that make you happy and relaxed. For detailed intervention plz consult a Counseling Psychologist/therapist .Take Care and Stay safe
