in spontaneous natural conception twin pregnancy should happen by nature. There is nothing we can do. If you have a family history of twins then there is increased chance of twin pregnancy but not 100 percent. If you definitely want twins then ivf is the only option that too non identical twins.  but I would advice you that a singleton pregnancy is safer and with less complications and a better choice than a twin. think about it.
