Can I produce sperms if I take testosterone replacement therapy? I have no morning erections going through depression keep thinking about this problem. I was alright suddenly after one day this happened. That night I sweat a lot couldn't sleep and noticed my testicles were hanging abnormally low. From that day I lost my libido. I am talking to nobody and dying every moment from inside.
