Trouble losing weight

I'm having difficult losing weight and I don't know why. I believe my diet to be very healthy. I eat a wholefoods plant based diet without grains or sugars. I generally don't eat processed or refined foods. My diet consists mainly of fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans. I also only eat between 8am and 6pm. I exercise regularly, both walking (about 5km daily) and strong yoga (30-60minutes daily). I'm 5.5 feet and weigh 70 kilos. I've had my hormone levels checked by a doctor and everything is norm

Well did u check your vitamin d level ? . If not pls do it.. And pls don’t worry too much .. maintaining a positive attitude is essential for weightloss.. Acute anxiety also leads to corticosteroids release in the body wich may delay weightloss So be happy and stay positive. Hope this is helpful to u
