From last one wk my left hand ring finger and little finger tringling and numbness I feel uneasy in both of finger I am tensed a lot Why this is happening Is this serious

It might be due to ulnar nerve compression which lies on inner side of your elbow. Get evaluated my a neurologist to see if its only transient compression manageable by medications, or requires more workup
