Hello sir before using my frnds trimmer I have washed the blade first and then applied sanitizer on it 2 times and then used it, but got a cut on skin from it, this trimmer is used by me after 5-6 days after my frnds use. Can any infection happen to me?I was unaware my frnds hiv status also? Is it possible to transmit hiv infection this way sir?

Hi. I can understand your concern. First of all transmission seem unlikely. But usage in such a way is not recommended. I suggest in present scenario get you investigations done for HIV 1, II and Sar-Cov-2. Regards
