  4. Triglycerides high. Suggest me on this.

Sir,today I was tested lipid profile and some other tests,the reports are like this.reports attached.please suggest me,how to lower triglycerides.last time I checked it is 227 , although I am using medicine lipitas 20 mg for one month,and doing regular walking also it's not came down to normal level,now it is 309.so please suggest me on this.
