It started with upper back pain one month back . I consult a ortho , he said its trigger point pain. Consult physio .I did physio 8 session , initially needling and cupping .my 80 percent back pain went away . I am on now band exercise but pain not going completely. On the right side some times naxk is stiff or sometimes back is stiff . Some times point above ear or below head are stiff . I am taking
vitamin d also once a week. Is it serious or should I wait . My stiffness gets better after walk or exercise . I develop pain whenever I sit on laptop 💻
