What will be cost of a surgery to release trigger finger of my left hand index finger  ? And after releasing will it come back? Will it affect other fingers?

Dear One, normally a trigger once realsed properly wont come back. Price depends on hospital from free in govt, to 25k in corporate, price is not decided by surgery but by setup and its expenditure.
