Tremendous Hairfall

I have been experiencing tremendous hairfall since 2 months. Hair is falling from the root. Despite taking biotin, the hairfall is not stopping and I'm really worried. My previous month's reports for pcod show a very high ratio of LH to FSH. About 3.8. My testosterone however is within range.
