I Have Received 2 sessions of Fraxel laser And 3 session of Microneedling yet I don't see improvement in acne Scars and I have seberroheic melanosis too... Should I continue treatment?

Preferably u should get results but they r slow as collagen re-modulation takes time. Scars will improve over time. If it still doesnt show desirable results u can switch to other modalities like subcision if the scars r deep nad multiple. Preferably corroborate with pictures for a better understanding.
