Treatment resistance OCD

I have OCD with predominant obsessions and mental compulsions , I am doing great with clomipramine as far as my OCD is concerned but productivity , study is zero , even bathing n self care is lacking ..I have taken all newer SSRI's and amisulpride and into psychotherapy .. what should be the next step as far as medication is concerned , which medication can I try for residual unproductivity ? Plz help my psychiatrist.
