She has red patches on skin and wounds on scalp and it causes itching on head.. and previously has taken Treatment which does not have any effect ..she had been asked to.apply tenovate on skin on daytime protar ointment on the skin at bed time and propysalic nf lotion on scalp at morning and night and has been given folvite 5 mg tablet daily after food and raciper D empty stomach morning
