Recently i was diagnosed with Grade 4 varicocele on left testicle and Grade 2 on right testicle. I never felt any kind of pain on testicles as such, but my semen analysis test showed low sperm morphology of just 3% normal morphology (4 percent and above is normal) with all other semen parameters normal. Me and my spouse are trying to conceive but we didnt had much luck yet. Do I have any treatment options for this condition other than surgery or embolization? Please let me know.
