Treatment for TSH

My TSH is 10.55. How can i bring it down to normal range? What are the lifestyle, diet changes and medication should be taken?

Normal T3 and T4 and raised TSH is seen in condition known as subclinical hypothyroidism. Since TSH is significantly high you need to take thyroid hormone replacement medicines. You need to get TSH test done regularly so that dosage can be adjusted
