You need life style modification with medicines.
Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid alcohol.

Avoid tobacco.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Avoid carbonated drinks.
Avoid outside food.
Don't over eat.
Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Add probiotics to your diet.
Avoid unnecessary stress.
Don't over think.
Go for morning and evening walks.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Go on a vacation man....talk to your wife.
Happiness is a choice....if you want to be happy then no one in this world can Stop you for being a happy and healthy man.
