I am Indian male, 36 years old, height 165 cm, weight 67.5 kg. My serum creatinine level is 1.2 mg/dl. It is same for last 2.5 years. Blood Urea is 20 mg/dl. Vitamin D is 20 ng My haemoglobin is 14.5 gm/dl, RBC count is 4.9 mill/cu mm. HbA1C is 6%. Vitamin D is 20 ng/ml. Blood Pressure (on Omron BP Machine) is 130/76. I am under treatment for

I consulted Urologist and he did GRE Examination. After that he Prescribed following Medicines. Roxithromycin 150mg 1-0-1, Doxycycline 100 mg 1-0-0 and SILODOSIN 8MG 0-0-1.
